Are you In or Out?

What do I mean when I say are you in or out.

When you start working in your MLM company, your sponsor while want you to right away to be into your business. You may ask Why? Well the reason is that you are most exited in the first 30 days of  you starting your journey. They want to make sure you are success right away, so you can stay longer in the team.

If you decide to start your MLM business you need to really be In.

If you are waiting for the right moment to start promoting your business you are out, because the right time will never come. My suggestion is to try the product first and see if you really like  If you like the product you will be in and not out, as you will be excited about the experience.

You really need to do your homework before you start and be ready for marketing your business. Your job is to tell as many people as possible about your new business and ask them to take a look at the product or service. Don't be to pushy and don't try to get people join you right away.

I believe that the business part should be secondary, the product should be first. You are going to get different answer to this part, just do what feels right for you.

How to Make money doing something you love

How to Make money doing something you love

There are a lot of people who want to have a job that if fun and filled with excitement. They want something that they can enjoy all day long instead of watching the clock. You will find that if you take a hobby and make it something that you can do for a living. You may find that if you take your hobby and take it more you can quit your job or do less at the office. You will want to consider a few things before you start your own business. With some dedication, you will be able to make profits by doing things that you love to do.

You will first want to evaluate your hobby and if it can be profitable for you. If your hobby involves making some sort of product, such as jewelry, you may be able to directly sell the pieces. You may also want to offer services related to the hobby too. For example, if you like gardening, start a yard working business in your community. The possibilities are endless if you use your imagination. The hobbyist who enjoys gardening could also sell bulbs from his or her own garden, writing literature on gardening for sale, or even start a restaurant based on a menu of homegrown fruits and vegetables. You will find that there are no limits as to what you can do when starting a new business.

You will have to use some resources to turn the hobby into a business, but it’s not anything out of your reach. You will need many resources to turn your hobby into a business. Is your idea plausible? Ask family, friends, professionals, and other entrepreneurs in the area to give you feedback on your business idea before you dive in. Once you are convinced you have a good product or service idea, use the Internet as a tool.

You may want to go online and find some articles that can help you start your own business, and you may want to use the net as a source of advertising. You can even sell your product online in order to reach a larger customer base. Many people have successful businesses on eBay.

Even though your hobby may be something that you enjoy, you have to be able to take your fun ideas and make it into a business. You will want to make sure that you love what you are doing, because it can lower some of your stress from starting a new business. You will also want to think about starting small. If your business gets out of hand with growth, you will risk it all and you won’t be able to keep up with your demand and supply ratios. You should always start off a business with a business plan. Even if this is still a hobby, you will need a business plan so that you can lay out all your goals and clearly define your company. You will find that a hobby can be easily transformed into a business as long as you take the time to plan and organize while using some imagination.

7 Ways to Maximize Your Network Approachability

After reading and researching  books, articles and other resources on communication, first impressions, networking and conversation, I’ve learned one important thing: none of them address what approachability means.

I read The Power of Approachability and founded to be one of the best books out there. So, straight from the pages of the book, here are 7 Ways to Maximize Your Networking Approachability

Wear Your Nametag

I’ve heard every possible complaint about wearing nametags, and all of them can be validated. Case in point:

Nametags look silly – yes, they do. But remember, everyone else is wearing them too.

Nametags ruin my clothes – not if you wear them on the edge of your lapel or use cloth-safe connectors like lanyards and plastic clips.

But I already know everybody – no you don’t. You may think you do, but new people come in and out of businesses and organizations all the time.

But everyone already knows me – no they don’t. Even the best networkers know there’s always someone new to meet.

Your nametag is your best friend for several reasons. First of all, a person’s name is the single context of human memory most forgotten. And people are less likely to approach you if they don’t know (or forgot) your name. Secondly, it’s free advertising for you and your company. Third, nametags encourage people to be friendly and more approachable. TRUST me on that one!

Ready to Engage

The word approachability derives from the Latin verb appropriare, which means “to come nearer to.” Interesting. It doesn’t say anything about the approach-er or the approach-ee. Just “to come nearer to.” So the first idea to remember is that approachability is a two way street. It’s both you stepping onto someone else’s front porch; and you inviting someone to step onto your front porch.

Although this article will address both sides of the street, here’s an example of the former. When you arrive at a meeting, event, party or anywhere in which many conversations will take place, prepare yourself. Be “ready to engage” with conversation topics, questions and stories in the back of your mind ready to go as soon as you meet someone. This will help you avoid those awkward “How’s the weather” type of discussions.
